Job summary

Stantec is seeking an experienced Proposals Coordinator to join our Community Development team on the Gold Coast. You will coordinate high-quality proposals, capability statements, presentations, and other business development materials, ensuring timely, consistent, and compelling submissions across projects.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary education or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating proposals/bids or business development materials.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent written communication, proofreading and attention to detail.
• MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); document production systems valued.
• Quality-focused, proactive approach with stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to improve team processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate written and graphical content for proposals and capability statements.
• Proofread documents for accuracy and alignment with branding.
• Work with designers and print suppliers to deliver polished materials.
• Provide bid writing, graphics and desktop publishing support.
• Support opportunity response planning, tasks, timelines and meetings.
• Manage response portals, information, and insurance/prequalification data.
• Assist with contract review workflows and pursuit phase reviews.
• Maintain reusable proposal content and project profiles in SMKC.
