Stantec is seeking an experienced Proposals Coordinator to join our Community Development team. You will coordinate end-to-end proposals, capability statements and presentations across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Canberra or Wollongong offices.

Youll support proposal development, opportunity response planning, and knowledge management, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to deliver timely, compelling submissions. A tertiary education and strong MS Office skills are expected.

Competenze

• Experience coordinating proposals, bids or business development materials.
• Excellent written communication, proofreading and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

• Coordinate proposal development, content creation and design for submissions.
• Lead opportunity response plans with owners, milestones and deadlines.
• Maintain reusable proposal content, project profiles and collateral in SMKC.
