Job summary

Stantec Australia is seeking an experienced Proposals Coordinator to join the Community Development team. You will coordinate end-to-end proposals, capability statements and related materials, ensuring timely, consistent and compelling responses across the business.

The role covers proposal development, opportunity response coordination and knowledge management, working with project teams and specialists across Stantec. Based in Australia with multiple office locations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating proposals, bids or business development materials, ideally within engineering consulting, construction or related professional services.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and workflow.
• Excellent written communication, proofreading and attention to detail.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with content management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal development and material creation (written and graphical content for proposals, qualifications, capability statements, brochures, presentations).
• Proofread and edit documents for accuracy, consistency and branding.
• Collaborate with project teams, designers, print suppliers and support functions to deliver polished submission materials.
