You will collaborate with Finance, Marketing, HR, and Web Development, gaining hands‑on experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication, resource planning, and operational processes.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional exposure, with a minimum three weekdays per week, and tasks include creating basic Gantt charts, tracking progress, and attending online client meetings.

Competenze

• Prior internship or professional experience in Project Management, Executive Assistance, or administrative roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Foundational understanding of Marketing, HR, Finance, or Web Development functions is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with MS Project or MS Planner is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and follow up on tasks.

• Provide project management and administrative support across departments.
• Assist in creating and maintaining basic Gantt charts and project schedules.
