Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager/Senior Clinical Project Manager to deliver clinical trials from start-up to close-out. You will act as the primary contact for sponsors, sites, and cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with regulatory compliance.

The role offers full remote work within Australia, exposure to diverse therapeutic areas, and opportunities to shape study outcomes while collaborating with leading biotech and pharma organisations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy or related discipline.
• Proven project management experience in CRO/pharma/biotech environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of clinical trials from initiation through study close-out.
• Act as primary contact for sponsors, sites, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets and study deliverables.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulations, and company procedures.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for successful execution.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to sponsors and senior leadership.
• Support business growth through strong client relationships and service delivery.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
