Job summary

Avance Clinical is seeking a Clinical Project Manager or Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of clinical trials from start-up through close-out. You will act as the primary contact for sponsors, sites and cross-functional teams in a fully remote Australia-wide role.

We value candidates with CRO/pharma experience, strong project and stakeholder management, and a proactive, organized approach to fast-paced clinical studies, including Early Phase and healthy volunteer

Qualifications

• Experience managing clinical trials within CRO, pharma, clinical research or site environments.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Experience in Early Phase studies and healthy volunteer trials is highly regarded.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing CRO environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the delivery of clinical trials from start-up to close-out.
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors, sites and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.
