Cyera is seeking a high‑performing Mid‑Market Account Executive to pioneer the cloud data security era. You will manage full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing, mapping Cyera’s technology to customer pain points and delivering business value to CISO/CDO/CPO/CIO executives.

The role requires cloud security experience, strong relationship-building, and ability to travel up to 50% in AUS, with remote options and a proven track record in selling large deals in a hyper-growth startup.

Qualifications

5+ years selling mid-market SaaS in cloud/security/data space.
Proficient in value-based solution selling with focus on business outcomes.
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data security.
Ability to travel ~50% and operate in a fast-paced startup.
AUS-based candidate with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate Cyera's Data Security Solutions and value to customers.
Lead the sales cycle from pipeline to close.
Develop tailored meetings, PoVs, and business value presentations onsite.
Engage with C-suite executives and build lasting customer relationships.
Collaborate with Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to align strategy.
