Job summary

Ivy Social is seeking a confident Performance Marketing Specialist to lead Meta ads campaigns for a portfolio of clients. You will manage campaigns end-to-end from setup to reporting, with opportunities to expand into TikTok, Reddit and Google, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will optimise budgets, track performance, and collaborate with the creative team to deliver compelling ad content.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role, ideally within an agency.
• Strong ability to lead client relationships and present results.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta ads campaigns (setup, launch, optimise).
• Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager, objectives, audiences, tracking, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients, responding promptly to client emails and briefs.
• Plan and run regular WIP meetings with clients, keeping deliverables on track.
• Develop strategic Meta ads plans based on client objectives, budgets and briefs.
• Get hands-on in Ads Manager: building campaigns, audiences and ad sets, tracking, launching ads and monitoring performance.
• Optimise campaigns on an ongoing basis, adjusting targeting, budgets, placements and creative to improve results.
• Manage ads across additional channels such as TikTok, Reddit and Google as required.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports for each client, covering what's working and opportunities.
• Collaborate with content/creative teams to brief and refine ad creative.
• Share knowledge and stay updated on platform updates and best practices.
