Job summary

Ivy Social, a digital and social-led marketing agency servicing clients Australia-wide, is seeking a Meta ads specialist to lead a portfolio of client campaigns remotely from Australia. You will manage campaigns, optimise performance, and collaborate with content teams to craft best-in-class ads.

Ideal candidates have around two years hands-on Meta ads experience, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2 years hands-on Meta ads experience including setup, launch and optimisation.
• Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign objectives, audiences, pixel and conversion tracking.
• Ability to derive actionable client insights from data and recommend optimisations.
• Strong commercial thinking to plan campaigns around client objectives and budgets.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple clients, campaigns and deadlines.
• Flawless communication and relationship-building with clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients, responding promptly to client emails, briefs and requests.
• Plan and run regular WIP meetings with clients, keeping deliverables on track and clients informed.
• Develop strategic Meta ads plans based on client objectives, budgets and briefs, in line with the latest Meta best practice.
• Get hands-on in Ads Manager: building campaigns, audiences and ad sets, setting up tracking, launching ads and monitoring performance.
• Optimise campaigns on an ongoing basis, adjusting targeting, budgets, placements and creative to improve results.
• Manage ads across additional channels such as TikTok, Reddit and Google as required.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports for each client, covering what's working, which creative performed best, and how we'll optimise and improve in the months ahead.
• Work closely with our content and creative team to brief, test and refine ad creative.
• Act as the team's go-to Meta ads specialist, sharing knowledge and staying across platform updates, new features and best practice.
• Manage multiple clients, campaigns and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.
