Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing and optimising Facebook Ads for ecommerce brands.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to ecommerce business owners focusing on Facebook advertising.
• Develop effective ad strategies including audience segmentation, creative direction and budget allocation.
• Teach clients how to analyse campaign data and metrics to optimise ad performance.
• Guide clients through A/B testing, bid adjustments, and creative refresh strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in Facebook advertising and best practices.
• Provide real-time support to clients addressing issues with ads, tracking, and platform changes.
• Conduct group workshops and webinars for SHE-com members on ad copywriting, targeting strategies and scaling campaigns.
