Job summary

SHE-com Pty is seeking a full-time Organic Digital Marketing Coach to guide hundreds of female-founded ecommerce brands. You’ll lead organic strategy, create curriculum, and appear on camera across our social platforms and training content.

You’ll brief creators, build brand rep programs, and stay ahead of trends to empower women entrepreneurs across Australia. This remote role offers flexible work arrangements while contributing to live events and community growth across Australia.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in organic content or social media marketing for product-based D2C brands
• Ability to brief and manage creators and run UGC campaigns
• Experience creating content calendars and training materials for marketing teams

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and group coaching focused on organic content and brand rep strategies
• Appear on camera across social channels and training content
• Build content modules, templates, and creator hiring systems
• Help clients craft content calendars and optimise organic channels
• Lead brand rep programs to drive traffic and sales
• Monitor trends on TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest and translate to actionable insights
• Provide visual and copy direction on current successful hooks and formats
