Job summary

Milk & Honey Wigs, a leading Australian wig provider, seeks a hands-on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads Manager on a part-time basis in NSW. You will plan, manage, and optimise paid campaigns to drive traffic, conversions and brand awareness.

You’ll work closely with the founder and content team, conduct A/B tests, monitor KPIs, and report on performance while staying ahead of platform changes to maximise ROI.

Qualifications

• >> 2+ years experience in managing Meta and Google Ads (eCommerce experience preferred).
• > Proven track record of scaling campaigns and improving ROAS.
• > Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager.
• > Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• > Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms and Google Ads.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimise campaign results.
• Monitor KPIs and generate regular reports on campaign performance.
• Work with founder and content team to align ads with promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Stay updated on platform changes and ad trends to ensure best practices.
• Manage ad spend to maximise ROI.
• Provide creative direction on ad copy and visuals for high-performing creatives.
