Job summary

SHE-com is seeking a dedicated Success Coach to join our remote-first team of women entrepreneurs. You will support members in their first month, helping them win and feel supported every step of the way.

You will welcome new members, answer questions, troubleshoot payment issues, manage community chats, celebrate wins, and collaborate with coaching and operations to improve the member experience. This is a full-time, Australia-based remote role.

Qualifications

• Must-have: passion for supporting women in business and genuine care for their success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
• Positive, energetic, and able to motivate others.
• Experience in customer service, coaching, or community management.
• Ecommerce experience with firsthand understanding of the pace and language of online brands.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new members into our coaching programs and guide them through their first month.
• Answer member questions, resolve challenges, and provide thoughtful feedback.
• Manage member community chat groups, fostering connection and positivity.
• Troubleshoot payment issues and ensure smooth membership access.
• Celebrate member wins and help them stay motivated on their journey.
• Collaborate with coaching and operations to flag trends and improve the member experience.
