Concentis is recruiting a Level 2 IT support specialist to deliver frontline IT services across a remote mining operation. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring reliable access for site users and coordinating with the broader IT function.

A 4/3 roster (Tuesday-Friday) supports Townsville, with Brisbane options. This permanent role offers training and a clear path to a longer-term site-based position.

Qualifications

• Strong Level 2 IT support capability in a remote environment.
• Proven networking experience and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with site teams.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support to site-based users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and connectivity issues
• Monitor and maintain site IT infrastructure and network services
• Escalate complex technical issues where required
• Support users across a remote mining environment
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests and resolutions
