Job summary

TechPath on Brisbane's south side is seeking a Level 2 Onsite Support Engineer to deliver exceptional client support across a mix of Level 1, 2, and 3 teams. You will mentor junior engineers, resolve onsite issues, and contribute to smooth project delivery while supporting a range of platforms and cloud services.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a similar role supporting Microsoft environments.
• Experience using RMM and ticketing systems is required.
• Strong customer-focused communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Onsite technical support and problem resolution.
• Assisting with client projects and hardware delivery/installation.
• Support for a diverse range of platforms and technologies.
• Handling escalations from Level 1 engineers and mentoring teammates.
• Troubleshooting, provisioning, and support of Microsoft Cloud solutions.
