Job summary

Hrstalentsolutions is seeking an Internal Request Routing Clerk for remote office administration. The role involves reading incoming forms, identifying subjects, and routing items to the correct team.

You will not resolve payroll or policy questions, but you will ensure accurate routing and clear handoffs. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing intake, sorting items, updating status fields, and sending quick acknowledgments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, office administration, reception, or a shared inbox is a plus.
• Beginners are welcome; training on categories, access rules, and software is provided.
• Comfort with a web-based queue, forms, and written instructions is expected.
• Careful reading helps when similar categories lead to different teams.

Responsibilities

• Review the assigned intake area and sort new items.
• Update online status fields and send brief acknowledgements.
• Identify whether a request should be escalated or kept within the tracker.
• Keep the record current and ensure the destination team receives a complete submission.
