Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, office administration, or reception is a plus.
• Beginner-friendly; training on company categories, access rules and software will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Read inbound forms and messages and identify the basic subject.
• Check for essential information and route items to the appropriate team.
• Update intake records, sort new items, and send brief acknowledgements.
• Distinguish cases requiring a specialist decision and keep records current.
• Maintain courtesy, clear replies, and privacy in handling internal requests.
