carsales is seeking a Customer Advocate to join our team in Australia. This hybrid, phone-focused role supports landlords and tenants with quotes, renewals and new applications, policy enquiries and certificates of currency.

You will log interactions, assist with claims routing and help maintain customer records in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasises empathy, effective communication and teamwork, with weekday hours and options for flexible work from home 1–2 days per week after

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and empathy when dealing with customers.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a busy support environment.
• Proven problem solving and troubleshooting abilities in customer service.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Comfort with technical troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly.
