Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Confidence and experience managing remote teams with engagement and performance.
• Experience in a B2C telephone-based inbound sales environment.
• Ability to drive sales through coaching, feedback and enrolment improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a remote team of Course Advisors to hit sales and enrolment targets.
• Establish remote leadership protocols with regular 1-1s, team meetings and coaching conversations.
• Coach Course Advisors to handle inbound enquiries, follow scripts and convert to enrolments.
• Monitor sales metrics and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Optimize sales processes and CRM utilisation to improve efficiency and results.
• Collaborate with leaders to align sales strategies with growth objectives.
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve performance and scalability.
