Job summary

seek.com.au is building out our Course Advisor team and seeking experienced, target-driven advisors to join us remotely across Australia.

You'll speak with enquiries about nationally recognised qualifications, guide students to the right course and payment option, and close enrolments against daily, weekly and monthly targets on a fixed roster. Remote-first with structured onboarding and coaching.

Qualifications

• Track record in target-driven sales, ideally phone-based.
• Ability to balance empathy with closing deals.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
• Familiarity with a CRM; HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Experience in education/student recruitment or outbound or gym membership sales is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own the student journey from enquiry to enrolment by phone, SMS and email.
• Close enrolments against daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Work a fixed roster: Mon-Thu 10am-6pm AEST/AEDT, Fri 9am-5pm AEST/AEDT; remote work with full-time focus.
