Job summary

Block seeks an Implementation Specialist for Global Seller Onboarding to lead technical onboarding of Square deployments for SMB sellers. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver scalable, high-quality onboarding and activation.

You will also support pre-sale discovery and solution validation when needed. You will manage multiple onboarding projects, communicate technical requirements clearly to diverse stakeholders, and drive improvements with

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• 2+ years in project management, implementation, or onboarding.
• Strong ability to distill complex requirements into tailored solutions.
• Experience with PM methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding of new merchants post-sale.
• Document and communicate product capabilities and limitations clearly.
• Manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Sales and Account Management.
• Translate requirements into actionable feature requests for Product.
