Inspiring Lives Today is seeking a seasoned HR professional for a fully remote contractor role. You will apply your IR, ER and payroll expertise to support clients with complex workplace matters and strategic HR initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in HR, consulting experience, and deep knowledge of awards interpretation, with strong MS Office skills and a client-centric approach. This is a flexible, self-directed opportunity offering autonomy and mentoring support.

Qualifications

• Extensive (minimum 10 years’) experience operating as a HR professional, ideally with a consulting background.
• Proven ability to provide accurate and practical advice across a wide range of topics.
• Strong knowledge of Awards with demonstrated expertise in accurate interpretation and application.
• Exceptional attention to detail, professional writing style, and Microsoft Office skills.
• A client-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering excellent service.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and sound decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape responsibilities around your areas of expertise and client needs.
• Provide complex IR advice, employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Handle terminations and general protection claims as needed.
• Lead payroll remediation and HR/payroll systems implementation work.
• Deliver general HR consulting and tailored documentation to clients.
