RGIT Australia is seeking a versatile HR administrator/advisor to drive recruitment, onboarding and performance management. You’ll handle contract management, visa compliance, and offer expert guidance to management from a remote-capable role.

Ideal candidates have HR advisory experience, a strong blue-collar recruitment background, and excellent MS Office skills. A flexible, independent consultant arrangement with a remote option is available.

Competenze

• 2 years’ experience in a dedicated HR Advisor role.
• Strong background in blue-collar recruitment and EBA interpretation.
• Advanced MS Office skills and high attention to detail.
• Remote work option / independent consultant setup
