Job summary

Hop Products Australia (HPA) is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive regional sales across NSW, QLD and ACT from a Sydney-based home office with a fully maintained company vehicle.

Reporting to the General Manager of Sales, you will generate leads, build relationships with brewers, coordinate with Supply Chain, and close deals across product categories. Experience in brewing industry and strong CRM skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of brewing and the beer industry.
• Excellent communicator with ability to nurture relationships.
• Willingness to travel across NSW, QLD and ACT.
• Experience in brewing sales or procurement desirable.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent HPA products and services to brewing customers.
• Collaborate with the General Manager of Sales to plan and execute priorities and work with Supply Chain for order fulfilment.
• Achieve sales goals by assessing customer needs, providing support, and following a defined selling process.
• Proactively manage accounts and identify customer needs to solve problems.
• Identify prospects, set appointments, create road maps, and manage sales cycle to close new business.
• Prepare concise reports and documentation for leadership presentations.
