Job summary

Alchemy Cordial Company is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive distributor activation and new business development across NSW, from Bondi Junction to regional areas. You will lift order frequency, expand SKUs per account, and open new distributor and roaster accounts to fill gaps in territory and channel.

You will manage a full beverage portfolio distribution, train distributor reps, and participate in trade events to strengthen Alchemy’s presence across cafes and hospitality

Qualifications

• Hospitality background or selling into cafes/foodservice.
• Field sales experience with distributors or wholesale networks.
• Live NSW network across cafes, roasters, distributors or venue groups.
• Willingness to travel across NSW with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Distributor activation: conduct joint calls with distributor reps, deliver rep training, run incentive programs, conduct range reviews and maintain regular branch presence.
• Reactivate under-trading distributor accounts by lifting order frequency, expanding active SKUs per account, and driving product movement.
• Open new distributor and roaster accounts and work with venue groups, hospitality operators and specialty cafe accounts.
• Sell the full portfolio with elixirs leading, maintain price architecture, apply current price form, minimum order and pump policy.
• Represent Alchemy at NSW trade events, distributor trade days, roaster open days and customer training sessions.
