Job summary

Go1 Pty is hiring a GTM Systems Engineer to design, build and scale the systems powering Go1’s retention engine. You’ll work across GTM tech, partnering with Customer Success, Implementation and Learning Services to solve operational problems affecting GRR and renewal value.

You will craft scalable architectures, integrate data and automate workflows, leveraging AI-enabled capabilities to help teams act earlier and with better insight. The role is remote with global impact.

Qualifications

• Ownership of systems, automation or integration problems.
• Experience designing workflows, integrations and data solutions across business systems.
• Understanding post-sales processes including customer value realisation and renewal readiness.
• Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
• Experience with customer success platforms (Gainsight, Totango, ChurnZero) is preferred.
• Practical experience with APIs, webhooks, automation platforms and data modelling.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve post-sales systems architecture.
• Build scalable, data-driven workflows and integrations.
• Reduce manual processes and tooling complexity.
• Establish standards for reliability, maintainability and documentation.
• Translate operational problems into tested and adopted solutions.
• Collaborate with CS, Learning Services, IPM, Data and commercial teams.
• Support renewal readiness and account planning activities.
