Job summary

UpGuard is seeking a GTM Engineer leader to manage and scale the GTM Engineering function. You will oversee a small team, drive automation and AI initiatives, and collaborate across revenue operations to deliver high-impact solutions. Remote-friendly role with global reach and strong emphasis on enabling the GTM organization.

You will own the automation roadmap, evaluate new AI tech, and balance build vs buy decisions to sustain a competitive edge in a fast-evolving market.

Qualifications

• Education or significant practical experience with Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Experience leading a team and managing software engineers.
• Strong focus on GTM, Sales or Customer Success systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GTM Engineering team and drive enablement across the funnel.
• Own the automation and AI roadmap for the GTM organisation; decide what to build vs buy.
• Collaborate to ensure adoption of built solutions and share best practices across the GTM org.
