Job summary
UpGuard is seeking a senior leader to head GTM Engineering, overseeing a small team and shaping the automation and AI roadmap for our go-to-market function. You will work across funnel stages with customer success as a key focus and collaborate with Rev Ops to build scalable GTM solutions.
You will own the automation strategy, evaluate new AI technologies, and ensure rapid adoption of production-grade automations that empower global sales teams while maintaining a strong focus on measurable GTM
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience leading a GTM or revenue operations engineering team.
- 5+ years in GTM, Sales, or Customer Success tech roles.
- Strong experience with LLM-based systems and ML concepts.
- Proven track record delivering complex technical GTM solutions.
- Comfort with owning metrics and GTM KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the GTM Engineering team and guide strategy.
- Manage software engineers and drive automation roadmap.
- Own automation and AI roadmap for GTM org.
- Evaluate new technologies and balance build vs buy.
- Ensure adoption and feedback loops in the field.
- Collaborate with Rev Ops and Analytics to enable GTM scale.
