Job summary

UpGuard is seeking a GTM Engineer to design and implement AI-native automations that dramatically boost productivity across Sales, Account Management and Customer Success. You will build solutions with the latest AI tooling, integrate them with CRMs and data platforms, and partner with end users to iterate on real-world workflows.

Ideal candidates have a track record using LLMs to automate work, strong Python/JavaScript skills, and hands-on experience with n8n, REST APIs, and data warehouses.

Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs to automate workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript.
• Experience with automation platforms such as n8n.
• Knowledge of REST API architecture as user and builder.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement AI-native automations.
• Integrate automations with CRMs, CDPs and Sales tools.
• Interface with Data Warehouses using dbt and reverse-ETL.
• Collaborate with Revenue teams across Sales and Customer Success.
