Job summary

Jobgether SRL, partnering with an Australia-based growth partner, seeks a Performance & Growth Marketer to drive profitable growth for DTC/eCommerce brands. Remote from Australia, you will own acquisition, testing, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with growth, creative, and CRO teams.

You will forecast performance, optimize budgets, and translate data into actionable recommendations to improve CAC, LTV, MER, and ROAS while contributing to broader growth strategy and business

Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on paid media experience with product-based DTC or eCommerce brands.
• Experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok ads.
• Experience scaling large paid media budgets with clear commercial impact.
• In-house/brand-side DTC/eCommerce experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce customer journey: CAC, LTV, retention.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
• Full-time exclusive role availability; Melbourne overlap 4:00–6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to drive profitable growth for DTC and eCommerce brands.
• Develop and execute structured testing strategies across channels, creatives, audiences, offers, and funnels.
• Manage substantial paid media budgets with data-driven investment and allocation decisions.
• Monitor performance, diagnose inefficiencies, identify growth opportunities, implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Analyze CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, contribution margin, and payback periods.
• Connect advertising performance to revenue growth, profitability, and P&L outcomes.
• Build performance forecasts, financial models, and budget recommendations for planning.
• Contribute to attribution, incrementality testing, measurement improvements, and reporting.
• Collaborate with creative, CRO, and growth teams to optimize the customer journey from acquisition to retention.
• Translate performance data into commercially relevant recommendations for founders and senior stakeholders.
• Participate in strategy sessions and apply growth frameworks to improve results.
• Take ownership of performance outcomes and contribute to team development and processes.
