Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Head of B2C Growth to own the full growth engine across acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value. You will lead multichannel strategies, prioritise initiatives, and scale the mobile app as the primary user channel.

The role requires proven B2C growth experience across markets, strong analytics, and hands-on execution with a bias for experimentation and leadership. Remote work from Australia is available with international scaling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record growing B2C products across channels and markets.
• Broad multichannel growth ownership, not channel-specific.
• Experience driving app growth and long-term retention.
• Strong understanding of cohorts, lifecycles, segmentation, retention, LTV.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the B2C growth strategy across channels, markets and budgets.
• Build and optimize multichannel acquisition programs with measurable metrics.
• Connect educational content to high-intent property searches and agent engagement.
• Make the mobile app a core growth channel with active installs and retention.
• Own the full user lifecycle from activation to reactivation and LTV.
• Manage segmentation, nurturing, email, push and in-app messaging.
• Design rapid experiments across landing pages, onboarding, and messaging.
• Lead paid media specialists and raise execution standards.
• Partner with Product and nurturing teams to improve conversion.
• Prepare growth for international scaling with strategy, tracking and infrastructure.
