DMCG Global is seeking a Senior Performance & Creative Strategist for a leading ecommerce brand. You’ll shape paid advertising creative and growth strategy, turning insights into testable concepts and enhanced campaigns.

Collaborating with creative and paid media specialists, you’ll translate customer psychology and performance data into briefs, plan structured testing, and optimise CAC, MER and ROAS to drive sustainable growth. Fully remote in Australia.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of performance marketing and creative strategy.
• Ability to connect customer insights with campaign outcomes.
• Experience translating data into actionable creative briefs.
• A track record of managing structured testing programmes.
• Analytical and commercial judgement to drive growth.

Responsabilités

• Develop creative strategies for paid social campaigns and identify fresh concepts.
• Translate research and insights into actionable briefs for designers and content creators.
• Plan and manage creative testing cycles with a clear roadmap of experiments.
• Analyse ad results to scale successful concepts and address fatigue.
