Job summary

Optimal Workshop Ltd. is seeking a Growth Marketer to elevate enterprise user acquisition, activation, and retention across acquisition, activation, and retention channels. You’ll plan and execute data-driven campaigns with cross-functional teams to scale our user base and improve onboarding.

You’ll identify opportunities across channels, measure performance, and build dashboards to inform leadership on key growth metrics and progress toward goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related field.
• Preferred SaaS or B2B experience.
• Direct experience with Hubspot and paid platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire and retain users.
• Optimize conversion rates across the customer journey from awareness to retention.
• Lead demand generation via paid media, email, content, partnerships.
• Own marketing funnel metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership.
