Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a PPC Specialist based in Australia to manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and social platforms. You will own campaign planning, execution, performance analysis, and budget management, collaborating with analytics, content, and web teams to improve ROAS, leads, and conversions in a fully remote, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on PPC and paid media campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads (search, display, remarketing).
• Experience with Google Analytics, tag management systems, conversion tracking.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Excellent written communication and ad-copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Define campaign objectives, KPIs, budgets, and bidding strategies.
• Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms.
• Create compelling ad copy and test variations to improve performance.
• Track CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, impressions, and conversions; adjust bids and targeting.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development to improve landing pages and user journeys.
• Implement and maintain conversion tracking and analytics tagging.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Forecast traffic, leads, and ROI based on historical data and market trends.
• Share insights across marketing channels to align paid media with SEO and content.
