Job summary

Blue Sense Digital is seeking a driven Performance Marketer (Growth Strategy) to manage ecommerce accounts end-to-end in a remote-first role with APAC-friendly hours. You will work deeply in paid media across Meta and Google, linking campaigns to commercial impact through forecasting, testing, and financial insight.

The role offers structured mentoring, leadership access, and exposure to 8- and 9-figure brands while advancing from Performance Marketer to Growth Strategist based on impact,

Qualifications

• 2–4 years running Meta and Google Ads for ecommerce brands.
• Experience planning and optimising paid media campaigns to targets.
• Strong written communication and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to deepen financial fluency (LTV:CAC, margins).
• Ability to follow pacing guides and deliver tasks reliably.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise Meta and Google campaigns aligned to client targets.
• Forecast using contribution margin, aMER, and LTV:CAC to guide investment decisions.
• Own commercial outcomes across your portfolio with data-driven insights.
• Deliver insights-driven reporting tied to P&L with clear recaps and next steps.
• Collaborate with Ad Ops and Creative to test and iterate and share learnings.
