MM Coaching Limited seeks a Head of Paid Marketing to own all paid client acquisition. You will manage paid media, CRO, email, and a data-driven approach to restore and exceed ROAS. The role blends hands-on campaign work with team leadership and strategic vision, reporting to the CEO.

Formación

• Experience running marketing for offers doing $1M+/month or more.
• Proven high-ticket funnel optimization experience.
• Ability to lead a marketing team of 5+ and set standards.
• Compliance-sensitive vertical experience with restricted accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media strategy, structure, and testing with external partners.
• Own growth economics: forecast revenue, CPA, and spend across Meta, Google/YouTube, Bing.
• Lead creative direction, hooks, and ad copy; oversee VSL and email strategies.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and platform policy adherence across campaigns.
• Own data, tracking, attribution, and weekly funnel scorecards.
• Oversee funnel and CRO: from opt-in to sale with structured tests.
• Build and lead the marketing team, with clear performance reviews.
• Watch competitor ads and provide actionable market intelligence.
• Operate in an AI-first framework using select tools and SOPs.
