Job summary

Fabula, a fast-growing D2C coffee brand, is seeking a Head of Growth to own the growth engine and scale paid media across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will lead creative strategy, testing, funnel optimization, and AI-driven workflows, partnering with founders to push CAC down and ROAS up.

This 100% performance role requires hands-on execution and a track record of scaling $50k+/month ad spends in DTC ecommerce. Remote work with global collaboration is offered.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years creating performance creatives for D2C/eCommerce brands.
• Proven Meta media buyer with $50k+/month ad spend scaled.
• Strong on creative strategy and performance marketing.
• Direct-response advertising and customer psychology expertise.
• Ability to analyze funnel data and identify changes quickly.
• Experience scaling DTC/eCommerce brands (not B2B).

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Meta as primary acquisition channel, with Google/TikTok as secondary.
• Identify winning angles, hooks, and messaging from data.
• Build and manage a systematic creative testing pipeline.
• Analyze the entire funnel from advertorial to conversion.
• Mine customer data sources for new angles.
• Brief and manage UGC creators and designers while remaining hands-on.
• Decide daily on what to scale or kill based on key metrics.
• Scale proven strategies into larger profitable spend.
• Improve acquisition assets like landing pages and VSLs.
• Use AI to accelerate research, ideation, scripting, and workflows.
