Freelancer Limited seeks a Performance Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition and growth across multiple channels. You will drive strategy, execution, and measurement to deliver real pipeline and revenue growth.

The role involves managing large budgets, partnering with internal teams, and leading a data‑driven expansion across the group. You will work with a global, fast‑paced team and be measured on CAC, ROAS, payback, and LTV, ensuring campaigns are optimized for tangible outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years in performance marketing with proven revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools (GA, Excel).
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience managing external partners (agencies/vendors).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with product, design and analytics to develop campaigns.
