Georgiemane is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead profitable growth across paid advertising, customer retention and ecommerce conversion.

You will develop and execute our digital marketing strategy, turn customer insight into effective campaigns and take ownership of commercial results across international markets. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on Meta advertising and Google Ads, plus continuous testing.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital marketing in ecommerce, with emphasis on paid ads, email/SMS, and SEO coordination.
• Ability to drive profitable growth across international markets and product launches.
• Hands-on expertise with Meta campaigns, Google Ads, and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Meta campaigns with testing and scaling.
• Oversee Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns and budgets.
• Plan campaigns for sales events, product launches, and bundles with purchase incentives.
