Travel Trade Recruitment is seeking a Travel and Admin Specialist to support the coordination of group travel programs for sporting events and fitness groups. This admin/operations role focuses on behind-the-scenes organisation with no direct sales.

You'll handle bookings, traveller information, documentation and liaise with travellers, suppliers and event stakeholders. The position is fully remote with standard hours; opportunities for domestic and international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in tour operations, group travel preferred.
• Strong admin, processing and coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating and processing group travel arrangements.
• Managing bookings, traveller information and travel documentation.
• Providing administrative support throughout the group travel process.
• Liaising with travellers, suppliers and event stakeholders.
• Assisting with the coordination and delivery of travel programs.
• Supporting trips and events, including travelling domestically and internationally when required.
• Ensuring all arrangements are accurate, organised and delivered efficiently.
