Job summary

Bare Funeral Group Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an empathetic funeral arrangement coordinator to guide families through a funeral service. This phone-based role requires compassion, active listening, and meticulous attention to detail as you support families at their most vulnerable time.

You will answer inbound calls, proactively update families, coordinate logistics and ceremony details, and meet families in person at our local office if needed.

• Clear communication and compassionate guidance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following processes.

Responsibilities

• answering inbound calls from families who have questions about their current arrangements
• proactively updating families of the status of their arrangements
• actively listening to your families, giving them the time and space to share their grief with a trusted person
• being their trusted guide and support throughout the entire funeral arrangement process
• coordinating logistics, ceremony arrangements and communicating the funeral service details to all of their extended network
• meeting families in person at our local office if/as needed
