Bare is Australia’s leading end-of-life care provider, seeking an empathetic Funeral Arranger to guide families through one of life’s toughest moments. This phone-based role supports families from inquiry through service planning, delivering compassionate, non-judgmental guidance and clear communication.

You’ll manage logistics, coordinate ceremonies, and keep families informed while reporting to the Regional State Lead. Work-from-home flexibility is offered within a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must love providing empathy and support to people from all walks of life.
• Comfortable directing people who need thoughtful, non-judgmental guidance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with technology and following processes.
• Ability to take control of a conversation and become a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls from families about current arrangements.
• Proactively updating families on the status of their arrangements.
• Actively listening to families and giving time to share their grief.
• Being a trusted guide and support throughout the funeral arrangement process.
• Coordinating logistics, ceremony arrangements and communicating details to networks.
• Meeting families in person at the local office when needed.
