Bare Funeral Group Pty Ltd is seeking an empathetic Funeral Arrangements team member to support families at one of the most vulnerable times. You will be phone-based, guiding families through every step of arranging a service and coordinating logistics with care and clear communication.

While this role is primarily remote, there may be occasions requiring attendance at a funeral service in Sydney. You’ll report to the Regional State Lead and join a team of like-minded people dedicated to

Qualifikationen

• Genuine love of providing empathy and support to people from all walks of life.
• Comfortable directing people who need thoughtful, non judgmental guidance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with technology and following processes.
• Ability to take control of a conversation and become a trusted advisor.

Aufgaben

• Answer inbound calls from families with questions about current arrangements.
• Proactively update families on the status of their arrangements.
• Actively listen to families, giving them time and space to share their grief.
• Be their trusted guide throughout the funeral arrangement process.
• Coordinate logistics, ceremony arrangements and communicate details to the network.
• Meet families in person at the local office if needed.
