Job summary

Bare is seeking an empathetic Funeral Arrangement Advisor to support families arranging funeral services. This phone-based role focuses on guiding families with care, communicating each step, and coordinating logistics through a difficult time.

Primarily remote, occasional on-site involvement in Brisbane or surrounding areas may be required. You will report to the Regional State Lead and work with a team of like-minded colleagues dedicated to compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or advisory roles is preferred.
• Comfort with technology and following established processes.
• Ability to guide families with sensitivity during a difficult time.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from families about funeral arrangements.
• Proactively update families on status of arrangements.
• Listen empathetically and provide non-judgmental guidance as a trusted adviser.
• Coordinate logistics, ceremony details, and communicate with extended networks.
• Meet families in person at the local office if required.
