Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or dispatch within FMCG/transport sectors.
• Proficient in using logistics software and tracking systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of FMCG product transportation, including carrier selection, scheduling, and route optimization.
• Track shipments in real-time and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Manage shipment documentation including bills of lading and delivery confirmations.
• Liaise with warehouses, suppliers and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for savings while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
