Job summary

Kinrise is seeking a Customer Service & Warehouse Coordinator to ensure seamless order fulfilment across our snack foods business. You will partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Warehousing and external customers to manage orders, coordinate transport and stock activities, support export operations, and deliver outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced SAP experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
• Previous order processing experience within an FMCG environment.
• Exposure to transport, logistics or warehouse operations is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently for non-EDI customers.
• Coordinate transport bookings and stock activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support export operations, including NZ shipments and 3PL coordination.
• Liaise with carriers to resolve delivery issues and NCRs.
• Build relationships with customers and internal teams to achieve right-first-time service.
