Placements24 is seeking a remote Logistics Operations Specialist to join a dynamic team. This fully remote role enables you to support global logistics activities with a primary focus on South Africa-based operations, liaising with carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.

You will optimize shipments, manage inventory, and drive efficiency through data analysis and process improvements, all while communicating effectively in a virtual environment and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related operations.
• Strong understanding of transportation modes, warehousing, and inventory control.
• Excellent remote communication and negotiation skills; proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations including shipment coordination and tracking.
