Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and allocate daily driver runs, optimizing delivery routes to ensure maximum resource efficiency and manage costs.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for drivers, delivering clear daily instructions, route briefings, and ongoing support. Address driver inquiries and resolve live operational challenges, including route delays, customer concerns, and breakdown contingencies. Collaborate closely with internal customer service departments to handle client inquiries and maintain service delivery standards.
• Track driver progress against daily schedules and identify actionable opportunities to improve overall fleet performance. Participate in regular team performance reviews and contribute directly to continuous improvement initiatives.

About
