Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar supply chain management role.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation modes, and supply chain principles.
• Proficiency with logistics software and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, essential for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, receiving, and transportation.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to arrange and track shipments.
• Maintain detailed records of logistics activities, including costs, transit times, and delivery performance.
