Job summary

Shutterstock, Inc. is seeking a commercially driven New Business Account Executive to accelerate growth across Australia and New Zealand. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and onboarding, targeting new business revenue and expanding eCommerce customers into enterprise relationships.

The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with strong prospecting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. A hybrid/remote-friendly setup with competitive benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience in ANZ.
• Proven track record of pipeline generation, closing deals, and revenue targets.
• Experience handling both high-volume transactional and complex enterprise sales.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver new business revenue targets across ANZ.
• Build a healthy pipeline from inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and research-led targeting.
• Identify and convert existing Shutterstock eCommerce customers into enterprise opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory plans focusing on high-potential accounts and growth opportunities.
• Understand customer challenges and craft tailored Shutterstock solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
• Oversee onboarding for new customers to ensure product adoption and satisfaction.
• Develop deep knowledge of Shutterstock products to adapt sales positioning.
• Share actionable market insights to inform sales strategies and product improvements.
